Warranty for material faults in specific products

However if a material or manufacturing fault appears, for selected premium products, where reference is made to an extended warranty, in a departure from our currently valid general terms and conditions of business and supply, within the specified warranty period, we will rectify the problem free of charge, at our own discretion, by replacing the defective parts or, if necessary, the goods, with other goods of the same or similar type .
Additional claims due to defective delivery, compensation for damages, withdrawal from contract, cancellation of sale or depreciation as well as the reimbursement of work time incurred and travel costs are excluded from the extended warranty. Components subject to natural wear are also excluded from the warranty 

The warranty expires if the device was altered by a third party or was damaged through improper or not intended use. In the event of a warranty claim, please return the device to your dealer together with the delivery note and a brief description of the fault.
