Theben ToGo: The mobile website m.theben.de/en for when you're on the move
Since 02. January 2013 alongside the traditional website, Theben has made a mobile variant for smartphones and tablets available to its customers. Product information, technical data and operating manuals can be quickly and easily accessed at http://m.theben.de/en from the construction site or on the move.
The basis for the mobile website was a newsletter questionnaire in July 2012. Thanks to more than 1,000 responses we were able to gain a very realistic overview of what our customers wanted and needed in a website.
The user guidance, design and content structure of the traditional website, which already received the INKA Award 2011, has now been adapted and optimised for the technological requirements of mobile devices. Just as with the traditional website, large touch buttons take customers from the individual product groups to the product finders. The product finders have already proven themselves on the traditional website: via the selection of different product characteristics they lead customers directly to the right product for their application.
The mobile product pages provide all important information related to the technical data, installation and programming of Theben products. Data sheets and operating manuals can be downloaded as PDF files.
As well as the full text search and news area, there are various contact options available: technical questions on the construction site are answered via a direct link to the service hotline. Catalogues and newsletters can also be ordered from the mobile website.
